Distribution makes or breaks a project
Most projects don’t fail because the tech is bad. They fail because not enough people find them. That’s why distribution can make it or break it.
One way to solve this is by building on top of existing platforms and the possibilities here are always expanding:
- Chrome extensions
- Etsy plugins
- VScode plugin
- Android / iOS apps
- etc
Timing also matters, entering a platform at the right time can be the key to success and the next best thing might just be OpenAI Apps !
I do believe that whoever captures monopoly on specific intents will define the next wave of category leaders.
