Just zoom out for a bit from the daily grind and ask yourself:

What are you building / solving?
How are you approaching them?
How is your work impacting others?
Could you be doing more?
What lessons are you carrying forward?

If you’re finding it hard to answer these questions in a fulfilling way, it’s better to take action sooner rather than later; time flies by fast !
